Velada Public Affairs (VPA) is an SBE-, DBE-, LMSBE-, LSBE-, and LGBTE-certified firm specializing in public outreach, government relations, media relations, and social media strategy. Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Downtown Los Angeles. VPA blends deep government experience with innovative engagement and communications strategies. This combination delivers meaningful results for both public agencies and private-sector clients.
Led by Principal David Vela, whose deep background in government has shaped the firm’s strategic approach, centered on delivering results. VPA has grown into a trusted partner in government relations, public outreach, staff augmentation, and media relations.
